New sort options are available when printing applications. The sort options include alpha, geo, property ID, zip code, and owner IDs.

Appraisal summary

A new button is available from the appraisal summary screen that invokes the active income valuation. It allows the valuation to be edited as it normally would.

ARB – quick image scan

The ARB quick image scan has been modified so that images may be associated with an inquiry or protest by specifying the case ID, the property ID, or the geo ID.

Commercial property designation

The ability to set a property as commercial or residential as an override to the state code has been added.

Comp grid – feature value addition

Feature values have been added as a new adjustment when using comp grids.

Comp grid – Mapsco addition

The Mapsco field has been added as a weighted selection criteria for use in comp grids.

Data validation checks

Data validation checks are available to verify data on the system.

De-annexation indicator and report

There is an indicator available to mark whether an entity is being de-annexed from a property, and a report for this new functionality has been added.

Exemption wizard

The exemption wizard has been modified so that a geo ID or a property ID can be entered for property selections.

Field review card

A new check box has been added to the field review card that allows subsegment information to be printed on the card.

GIS display year use values

The GIS Viewer populates values onto the map from the year layer the property was opened from. For example, if a property is opened in the 2005 layer and the GIS Viewer is opened, then values for the year 2005 are populated.

GIS – land adjustment codes label

A new land adjustment codes label has been added to list the land adjustments on a property.

GIS – pool label

  • A new check box has been added to the improvement detail type code that allows a code to be flagged as a pool type.
  • A new pool label and associated data is available to be displayed through the GIS Viewer for a property.

Income grid

Changes have been made to the income equity grid calculations. The following fields have been modified: stabilized market value, L/B adjustment, NOI/sqft, NOI adj, cap rate adj, equity stabilized value, equity value economic unit, equity value real estate/sqft, and subject equity position.

Listing price and date on the sale record

  • New fields for the listing price and sales date have been added on the sale information screen.
  • A market analysis report has been added to incorporate these new values.

Mass create sub/condo process changes

  • The ref_id2 field has been added to the first wizard screen; it functions in a way similar to the geo number field.
  • When creating condos, the land record is now created through the wizard.
  • Geo IDs can be auto-incremented in sequence.
  • Individual events are created through the wizard rather than a single, linked event.
  • Lot numbers are available for editing on the property breakdown screen.

Personal property enhancements

  • A new print button is available on personal properties that allows basic segment and subsegment information to be printed.
  • The following new fields have been added to the rendition entry screen: Good Faith Merchandise, Good Faith Supplies, Merchandise, and Supplies.
  • The Total original costs field has been added to the asset management screen for personal property.
  • Both the rendition summary screen and the asset manager screens are visible as read-only in certified year layers.

Property group code search

The property group code search report has been enhanced to allow a searches for property group codes using and instead of only or.
