This will force the user to run the Recalc process on the property. |

When the 'Retain Parent Parcel' is checked and "New Legal Acres" calculated value is less than 0, validation message is displayed. c. With the possibility of a property having more than one land segment the legal acres can not be system generated as it will not know which land segment to update. The parcel legal acres must be updated and corrected by the user. |
