42314 Corrected calculation of property_taxing_authority_value table when moving annexations from one tax area to another.  Also DR-489, Page 3, Line 3 was corrected.
42316 When new taxing authority is added to roll, corrected DR-489 Page 3, Line 6 where it was showing all just value and taxable value for personal property when it should be zero.

3.10.0.15.1013 Release Notes (Limited) #

4.10.0.15.1019 New Features (Limited) #
