1.Deleting Property in PACS Current Year
Purpose
Use this procedure to delete a property record.
Procedure
- In PACS, open a property record and choose Commands>Delete Property
- User will be prompted if they want to delete property. Choose yes or no.
- Enter a reason for deleting the property. This will help build history in case this property should have to be researched.
- Property header will reflect deleted property and date
NOTE: It is important to remember the property record still exists in the database. The records shows deleted by showing the prop_inactive_dt populated with a date.
2.Recovering Deleted Property in PACS Current Year
Purpose
Use this procedures to recover a deleted property in the current year.
Procedure
- In PACS, open a deleted property and choose Commands>Recover Property
- User is prompted if they are sure they would like to recover the property. Click Yes or No.
- Choose recover reason.
NOTE: Recover reasons are created by the system Admin in Code Maintenance
- The property is now an active property.
3.Deleting a Property in a Prior Year
Purpose
Deleting a Property in a prior year
Procedure:
- Open a property in a prior year
- Select Commands>Roll Correction
- User will be prompted with an ‘Are you Sure’ dialog box. Click Yes or NO
- In order to be deleted in a prior year, the Action must be ‘Delete’
User will continue with instructions as listed in Roll Corrections User Guide.
4.Recovering Property in a Prior Year
Purpose
Recovering a Property in a prior year
Procedure:
- Open a property in a prior year
- Select Commands>Roll Correction
- User will be prompted with an ‘Are you Sure’ dialog box. Click Yes or NO
- In order to be recovered in a prior year, the Action must be ‘Modify’
User will continue with instructions as listed in Roll Corrections User Guide.
